The staff at Monarca in Flight will confirm your party appointment a week or so prior to the party. At this time, please provide a list of the participants—with names correctly spelled—to Monarca in Flight. Please be sure to arrive approximately 15 minutes early for your party to handle any paperwork and ensure all the participants are accounted for.

A party consists of 2 parts. The first hour will be an intro to aerials class, guided by Monarca staff. The final 30 minutes are yours to use as you wish. Monarca in Flight will provide tables, plastic forks, cups, napkins, and small paper plates for you to set up and serve any refreshments and food you wish to bring.

Close-fitting and comfortable clothes are recommended. Tights and leotards are typical, but shorts and t-shirts will work—we just want to make sure clothing doesn't get tangled in the fabric. Class participants may also wish to cover their underarms. For your safety and to protect our equipment, please NO JEWELRY and NO ZIPPERED CLOTHING on the aerial apparatuses. To keep the studio clean, we require that you remove your shoes in the entry area. There are cubicles in the front room where you can store your possessions. We also recommend wearing leggings or pants that cover the backs of your knees.

We take safety very seriously at Monarca in Flight, and our top priority is ensuring no one gets hurt. Participants must follow instructions given by instructors and staff and obey any posted signs and warnings. Anyone refusing to follow instructions may be ejected from the facility with no refund.

All participants (or their parents/responsible adults in attendance) must sign releases indicating their acceptance of risk. While every precaution is taken to ensure participants' safety, Monarca in Flight will not to be held responsible for injury caused by factors beyond its control, including participant behavior and improper use of equipment.

We don't have many, but we have them for a reason. Please be sure to read and follow our studio rules :

• Remove shoes before entering classrooms. You may leave them in the gray zone.

• No food or drinks in classrooms. You may leave them in the gray zone.

• No cell phones in class. Please be considerate and take your conversations where they won’t disturb a class in session.

• Only participants are allowed in the classrooms. Parents must wait outside the classroom during youth classes. There is a viewing window where you can watch what's happening. Twice during the class, the instructors will invite the birthday child's parent plus one other adult into the classroom for photo opportunities.
