Intermediate Straps Sequences
10:00 – 11:30, $65

Straps isn’t just conditioning all the time!  Here we will take our foundational knowledge and strength and apply it to make choreography that’s usable for the stage.  There will be beats, spinning, c-shapes and more!
Prerequisites:  Previous straps training is preferred, or must be an intermediate/advanced level student on any other apparatus.  Must have a meat hook, be comfortable with beats, knowledge of c-shaping, and ok spinning.

Pop-Thru Pathways (rope)

In this workshop we will explore pop-thrus and how to use the most efficient beat pathways to make them happen.  You’ll incorporate hand-slides and the occasional half-release for these skills as well.
Prerequisites: Intermediate/Advanced workshop.  Students must have at least one year experience on vertical apparatus or be intermediate level.  Must also be comfortable with aerial inverts, meathooks in the air, and hip-keys in the air.  Knowledge of beats is a bonus but not a requirement
